WATCH LIVE: Obama Makes Statement on Ukraine

President Barack Obama is scheduled to make a statement regarding Ukraine from the White House briefing room at approximately 11am ET on Thursday morning, March 20th. On Sunday, the Crimea region of Ukraine voted to join Russia, a move Obama told Russian President Vladimir Putin “would never be recognized” by the United States.
