Pop singer P!nk had the honor of singing the National Anthem before this year’s Super Bowl, and delivered an impressive rendition that is getting serious plaudits on social media.

But just before starting, the singer — and proud Philadelphia Eagles fan — made sure to dispose of her gum (though some on social media are claiming it was a cough drop):

It was rumored earlier today that P!nk would not be able to perform the anthem as she was suffering from a flu, but safe to say her illness went by unnoticed — as she brought Minneapolis’s U.S. Bank Stadium down with her impressive rendition.
