WATCH This Journalist Get Hit By Car On Live TV
Reporting live from the scene is all fun and games until some asshole in a motor vehicle decides to strike you.
According to the Daily Mail, Fox Central sports reporter David Medrano Mora was stationed at an airport in Guadalajara, Mexico, where he was giving a brief recap and analysis of the recent soccer match between Chivas and Club America, two rival teams. Then he suddenly looked down and disappeared from the screen, causing a great deal of confusion in the Fox Central newsroom.
Back in Mexico City, confused co-anchor Aldo Sanchez told viewers, “Careful. We are completely live and will hopefully be back with David soon.”
Later on in the broadcast, it was revealed that Mora hadn’t sustained any major injuries in the accident and would be okay. As for why the driver plowed into him, no reason was given during the broadcast or later on by Fox Central.
