‘Get Out the Goddamn Gene Pool!’ James Carville Has a Message For Those ‘Stupid Enough’ to Buy Trump Meme Coin
James Carville suggested people “stupid enough” to buy President Donald Trump’s meme coin should jump out of the “goddamn gene pool” with vasectomies.
On Politicon’s Politics War Room podcast, Carville and his co-host Al Hunt both tore into the president over his Trump-themed token, $TRUMP, which he recently launched. Hunt argued the corruption in the Trump administration is “blatant” and he said he has no sympathy or empathy for anyone who bought Trump’s coin.
“If you don’t know by now that Trump is a scam guy, that Trump is going to scam you, then, you know, there’s no hope for you,” Hunt said. “I got a certain amount of sympathy, empathy for people. I’m sorry. I’m not going to give it to them.”
According to data reported on by CNBC, nearly 800,000 people lost money buying Trump’s meme coin, while a few dozen accounts made millions, something Carville found humorous.
“764,000 people were stupid enough to send him money. And — what is it — 58 people made millions!” Carville said, laughing. “I’m serious, maybe’s there’s some people just don’t need to be in the gene pool.”
The longtime Democratic strategist suggested they should offer “free vasectomies or free birth control” to those who invested in the president’s coin. Carville recently suggested Americans should be on “high alert” about Trump possibly rigging the upcoming midterm elections.
“Just don’t have children!” he said. “You can live out your life as you want to, but get out the goddamn gene pool.”
“I’m with you on that, James,” Hunt agreed.
“We resolved a great moral question,” Carville said.
