Recurring Tucker Carlson Guest Calls Capitol Police Officer Fanone a ‘Crisis Actor’

Julie Kelly, a contributor to right wing website American Greatness and frequent guest on Fox News, called Capitol Officer Michael Fanone a “crisis actor” amid his testimony before the January 6th House Select Committee.
During Tuesday’s hearing, Fanone offered an emotional and striking description of the Capitol insurrection. The officer detailed how he was “beaten unconscious” on January 6, later revealing that he has since been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder and that he suffered from a heart attack and a concussion on that day.
“Officer Fanone testifying. Says he was taken to hospital where he was quickly diagnosed with a heart attack, severe brain injury, and PTSD,” she wrote, clearly unmoved by his account. “He says he hopes everyone can see him body cam footage. I totally agree. Let’s see all of it.”
“Crisis actor Fanone just beat on the table and said it’s ‘disgraceful!’ that any elected official denies his narrative of what happened on January 6. Calls it an ‘insurrection,'” she continued. “Blasting GOP lawmakers. Now says this isn’t about politics, lol. He has many tattoos.”

Kelly similarly accused Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-IL) of performing during the hearing, retweeting a pointed post from right wing pundit David Reaboi:
In preparation for his performance today, they plied him with estrogen and West Wing re-runs. https://t.co/zN17fpuczn

“In preparation for his performance today, they plied him with estrogen and West Wing re-runs,” Reaboi cracked, implying that Kinzinger was acting in a feminine manner for tearing up during his testimony on Tuesday.
Kelly also retweeted a post from Tom Elliott, the founder of media company Grabien, who accused Fanone of practicing his emotional testimony prior to the hearing:
Wonder how many times he practiced this pic.twitter.com/PmoLZ2TKOG
