Beck: Bathroom Bills Aren’t Pushing ‘Hate,’ This Is About ‘Common Sense’

beckGlenn Beck today came out to echo Ted Cruz on the issue of “bathroom bills,” calling the idea of letting transgenders use the bathroom of the gender they feel comfortable as clear “New York values.”

He expressed serious concerns about his young daughter potentially in the bathroom when an adult male pretending to identify as female walks in, which he predicted will happen a lot (it hasn’t so far).

Stu Burguiere laid out a pretty elaborate scenario wherein someone who wants to creep on little girls could use a fake trans identity as an alibi, and “you’re not allowed to question it.”

They were discussing the decision Target has made to be more accepting of trans people when it comes to their bathroom policy, which has led to declarations of a boycott.

Beck insisted, “It has nothing to do with hate. It has everything to do with common sense. But we have detached from common sense.”
