Bill Kristol Isn’t Ready to Leave the GOP Like George Will Did

Bill Kristol made it clear today that unlike George Will, he has no plans to leave the Republican party.

He said, “I like the Republican party… I’m comfortable with a party of Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz and Joni Ernest and Tom Cotton and Ben Sasse and a whole bunch of pretty good governors.”

Will explained that the last straw for him was that another one of those rising stars, Paul Ryan, endorsed Trump after he insulted a Hispanic judge.

But Kristol said he’s “sticking with the Republican party” and will be supporting candidates other than Trump. Oh, and also he’s “keeping hope alive” about finding third-party presidential alternatives.
