Bill Maher One-Ups the Ice Bucket Challenge with Gasoline and a Lighter
Bill Maher finally submitted himself to the Ice Bucket Challenge, but with a pretty serious twist. See, Maher wanted to raise awareness about the deadliness of malaria, and he did so with an even more ridiculous and over-the-top viral stunt.
Maher did pour ice water all over himself and challenged Dick Cheney, of all people, to do the same. And then it looked like Maher was getting more serious, saying that “malaria has killed more people than all the wars, famines, and natural disasters in history.”
So Maher issued an even more out-there challenge: the Douse Yourself in Gasoline Challenge. Oh, and a lighter is involved. (Maher also challenged Cheney to do this one, too.)
