Shooting at Texas High School; Shooter Dead, One Student Injured (Updated)

The Brewster County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a female shooter shot and wounded another student before dying of a self-inflicted gunshot wound at Alpine High School Thursday morning.
For a few hours, schools in the Alpine Independent School District were put on lockdown, and Alpine HS was evacuated.
Someone reportedly called the Brewster County Sheriff’s Office and said, “Y’all better leave me alone,” and made threats against nearby Sul Ross State University.
It was previously reported that two shooters were at large. Brewster County Sheriff’s Office lead a multi-agency investigation, according to a Border Patrol officer who spoke to NewsWest 9.
