Debbie Reynolds Has Died at 84

Reynolds passed away just one day after her daughter Carrie Fisher. She posted this moving statement yesterday:

Thank you to everyone who has embraced the gifts and talents of my beloved and amazing daughter. I am grateful for your thoughts and prayers that are now guiding her to her next stop. Love Carries Mother

Reynolds was brought to the hospital today over a reported stroke and passed away. Her son Todd told Variety, “She wanted to be with Carrie.”

Reynolds’ career spanned decades, including famous roles in Singin’ in the Rain and The Unsinkable Molly Brown.
