Fox And Friends‘ Brian Kilmeade Takes On UFC Champ In Cage Fight

If you’ve ever wondered how Fox and Friends is continuously the top-rated morning show on cable news, here’s why. The Fox morning crew welcomed UFC champion BJ Penn to the studio yesterday to advertise his new book Why I Fight, and co-host Brian Kilmeade took the opportunity to show off his muscle against the mixed-martial arts veteran. It wasn’t pretty.

There’s not all that much talk in this clip, since Kilmeade takes off the jacket and gets down to business pretty quickly. Kilmeade puts up the as good a fight as he can, but he is no match for Penn– at some point he is so overwhelmed by the champion that co-host Gretchen Carlson‘s voice quivers off-camera as she tries to introduce the upcoming segment.
