Colorado Officials Taking Drastic Steps to Stop People from Stealing ‘420’ Highway Sign…

Colorado state officials are getting real tired of people stealing the highway sign at the 420 mile marker, because ha ha ha drugs. And it’s been stolen a number of times, so often that the Colorado Department of Transportation has finally decided to just stop putting up new ones.

And here’s what they’re putting in its place:

Yep, that is a 419.99 mile marker sign.

Oh, and the real cherry on top, from a state Transportation Department spokesperson: “Ford also says they’ve had problems with thieves stealing the 69 mile marker sign in the past.”

Sarcastic slow clap.
