Ex-Fox Business Network Exec: Lawsuit Against Roger Ailes ‘Distorts Reality’

Ex-Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson makes some pretty damning allegations about Roger Ailes‘ behavior in her sexual harassment lawsuit, but Fox has not yet commented.

Carlson claims in her lawsuit that Ailes demonstrated a pattern of making very sexual remarks about her and that she wasn’t the only one.

Former Fox Business Network Director of Business News Ray Hennessey, currently CIO at JConnelly, tweeted earlier today in defense of Ailes:

There will be lots of piling on Roger Ailes today, but I find the charges hard to believe, except in the context of his sense of humor. 1/2

Hennessey worked at FBN until 2013. A TVNewser report from the time said “Insiders add that Hennessey, a top executive at FBN, has a reputation for making inappropriate comments.”
