Hillary Clinton Email: Fox News Needs ‘At Least One Sane Realistic Voice’

Hillary Clinton’s advisors weren’t the only ones sending emails about Fox News back in 2009. Among the various revelations from the massive State Department email dump that was unveiled this week is a comment then-Secretary of State Clinton made at Fox’s expense after a Democratic ally appeared on the network in October of that year.
When family friend Marty Torrey asked Clinton if she had seen Massachusetts Democrat Hank Naughton defending the Obama Administration’s Afghanistan policy on Fox News that morning, she replied, “Yeah for Hank! Maybe he will become a regular. Those shows need at least one sane realistic voice.”
“Yep, especially certain Fox personalities,” Torrey replied, noting that he went to college with Bill O’Reilly.
