How to Watch NFL Sunday Night Football — New England Patriots vs. Detroit Lions Live Stream Online

Sunday Night Football heads to Detroit this week — where the 0-2 Lions will look to keep their season from spiraling out of control. Making matters worse, they draw pretty much the last possible team an 0-2 team would ever want to see: The New England Patriots.
The Pats come in off a loss to Jacksonville in Week 2, with the superb Jaguars defense putting Tom Brady and company in an early hole from which they could not escape. That game figures to be a preview of a January showdown between the two clubs. But with hot starting Miami at 3-0 to open the year, the Pats don’t want to spot their division rival two games in the AFC East race.
Former Patriots defensive coordinator Matt Patricia is now the head man in Detroit, and he is off to a rocky start. After getting blown out by the Jets in Week 1, the Lions played better but fell short against the 49ers in Week 2. If there’s any saving grace, it’s that Detroit’s NFC Central rivals have started off slow as well. But the Lions very much need to get into the win column on Sunday night if they are to make anything of their 2018 season.
The game kicks off at 8:20 p.m. ET. Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth have the call. The action will be streamed live on the NBC Sports website, and can also be streamed on mobile devices via the NBC Sports app. The app can be downloaded via Apple’s iTunes Store and the Google Play Store. A cable subscription is required for the NBC Sports stream.
