TMZ cornered Cheney, the man Bush 41 recently described as an “iron-ass,” sitting in his black Lexus in D.C.’s Dupont Circle. “I can’t get in the medical faculty building down here,” he said, “the street’s all closed off.” Man, we’ve all been there!

When asked what Joe Biden could look forward to in his post-VP time, the sage-like Cheney solemnly intoned, “A little bit of freedom, flexibility.”

Whither goest thou, Cheney, in thy shiny car in the night? “I’m waitin’ for somebody,” he said.
