Ivanka Trump-Brand Scarves Have Been Recalled Over Flammability Issues

ivanka trumpA line of Ivanka Trump-branded scarves have been recalled due to a flammability issue.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced today that these scarves “do not meet the federal flammability standards for clothing textiles, posing a burn risk.”

They advise that anyone who currently owns one of these scarves––with Trump’s name “embroidered in silver” on a black label on the edges––should return them to retailers immediately.

There is quite a lot of Ivanka Trump-branded merchandise out there, if Zappos is any indication, from hats to purses to shoes.

And no, none of the scarves contained the phrase “Make America Great Again.” (Also, they’re manufactured in China.)
