Justice Ginsburg Ruins Conspiracy Theories By Arriving at Supreme Court Today
In the words of Mark Twain: “The reports of my death have been greatly exaggerated.”
Multiple reporters have confirmed that Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is at the Supreme Court today, taking part in scheduled closed-door conferences with her colleagues. Since the court will reconvene on Tuesday after a four-week recess, it seems highly likely that Ginsburg will return to the bench when that happens.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court says Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has returned to work at the building for the first time since lung cancer surgery in late December.

For the last two months, Ginsburg has been away from SCOTUS as she recovers from the surgery she had to remove cancerous growths from her lungs. The diagnosis indicates that there’s no remaining trace of the disease in Ginsburg’s body, and it’s believed that she fulfilled her duties from her house throughout the recovery process.
Ginsburg’s presence at the Supreme Court puts a damper on conservative critics who’ve spent the last few weeks spreading conspiracy theories about the nature of her condition. Many of these claims, which got passed around through 4chan and fringe-conservative media spaces, gravitate around the idea that Ginsburg’s either dead or dying, and liberals are trying to conceal that information from the public.
