Kasich Campaign Tweets Weird Video About Trump Making Putin His Running Mate

So, Chris Christie just endorsed Donald Trump during a very bizarre rally, which is a pretty big deal even though he has insulted the man many times in the past. During the event, talk of Christie as a potential running mate was calmly shut down.

Then, the campaign of John Kasich tweeted this video they created in December, carefully being sure to designate it as a staff message and not one from the Ohio governor himself.

The video is nearly a minute long and has a voiceover that gives it a newscast-esque feel. It highlights all of the times that Trump has spoken highly of Vladimir Putin, who is a man known for despising gay people, being possibly autistic, and probably killing a lot of people (some of whom Trump has defended the murder of).

The Russian president is obviously not going to be Trump’s running mate but that hasn’t stopped the creators of this “make tyranny great again” video from using a little Photoshop magic to make a Trump/Putin ’16 sign in Russian.
