Latest Bullsh*t Poll: Democrats OK With Accepting Refugees from ​Aladdin​’s Agrabah

Remember when pollsters-who-thought-they-were-funny asked Republicans whether or not they were okay about bombing the fictional location of Disney’s Aladdin, Agrabah?

Yeah, there’s another poll just like it, except this time the central question concerned whether or not those asked would be okay with Agrabah refugees resettling in the United States.

Wilson Perkins Allen (WPA) Opinion Research released the results of the new poll on Wednesday, which determined that 44 percent of Democrats approved of Agrabah refugees coming to America. 66 percent of young Democrats (age 18 to 34) were totes okay with the resettling program, too.

Per WPA’s news release:

On December 20, 2015, WPA Research fielded a national survey of 1,132 registered voters that found 44% of Democrats would support taking refugees from that same Agrabah. PPP may have proven that some Republicans will support bombing a fictional country, but fully 44% of Democrats will allow refugees from anywhere into the country, whether they are potential ISIS supporters from Syria or potential cartoon characters on a magic carpet ride.

Meanwhile, IJ Review reports that 16 percent of GOP voters support the relocation of the poor, maligned Agrabah refugees. A resounding 54 percent of Republicans do not.
