Limbaugh on Jenner: Liberals Trying to ‘Redefine Normalcy,’ Now GOP’s the ‘Weirdos’

As far as Rush Limbaugh is concerned, the public embrace of Caitlyn Jenner‘s gender transition is a sign of how American liberal culture is trying to “redefine normalcy.”

Which means the script is being flipped, because as Limbaugh explained, “the new weirdos” are conservatives and people who believe in traditional values.

“Conservative and Republicans are the new weirdos, the new kooks,” he said, “and that is part of the political objective here in normalizing all of this really marginal behavior. I mean, if less than 1 percent of the population’s engaging in it, it’s marginalized behavior. It isn’t normal, no matter how you define it.”

Limbaugh also took offense at the suggestion that conservatives have an opportunity to embrace Caitlyn Jenner (also a Republican), because the implication there is that they need to embrace Jenner in order to prove they’re not bigots.
