Luke Russert on GOP’s ‘Kamikaze’ Caucus: ‘Alive and Barking’

After the House of Representatives re-elected John Boehner as Speaker of the House despite some detractors, NBC News Congressional Correspondent Luke Russert said the “Kamikaze Caucus” in the GOP is “alive and barking”:
