The news comes while Cohen is on Capitol Hill for a series of hearings about his time working as President Donald Trump‘s personal attorney.
Early reports suggest Cohen intends to provide evidence against Trump on the subjects of campaign finance violations and his interest in building a Trump Tower in Moscow. Cohen is soon set to report to prison for lying to Congress and pleading guilty to several personal finance crimes.
