New York City Twitter Account Takes a Random Shot at Cleveland

The official City of New York Twitter account took a random shot at Cleveland on Friday night.
“A gloomy day in New York City is still better than a sunny day in Cleveland,” the tweet read.

It’s not clear what exactly spurred this on (is it related to this?), but Twitter had a field day with this out-of-nowhere potshot:
