Nude Beachgoers Panic over Ebola

The easiest way to contract ebola from someone displaying symptoms is to meet them while completely naked — which is why nudist tourists on a Canary Island beach panicked when a boat of 19 West Africans, some displaying ebola-like symptoms, washed up on shore.

Many of the migrants displayed signs of fever, and according to Metro UK, at least three of them had come from Sierra Leone and Guinea, two countries in the midst of the ebola epidemic.

The group washed up near Maspalomas, a popular tourist destination on Gran Canaria, on a nude beach only accessible by crossing two miles of sand dunes.

Red Cross workers left masks, water and medicine fifty feet away from the migrants, eventually taking four of the Africans to the hospital, while naked people fled in terror.
