O’Reilly: George Will Is ‘Undermining’ Trump by Criticizing the Carrier Deal
Bill O’Reilly tonight went on a tear against George Will because of his criticisms of Donald Trump‘s Carrier deal.
On Fox News last night, Will called it “socialism,” and he wrote a column titled “Trump’s Carrier deal is the opposite of conservatism.”
O’Reilly said that Will is “undermining” Trump, and not on an analytical level. No, O’Reilly makes the contention that “much of Will’s negative analysis is driven by personal animus.”
He argued that Trump is doing what is in the best interests of the American economy.
“Memo to George Will,” he concluded, “drop the personal stuff. Tell the truth.”
O’Reilly, of course, has had a public rivalry with Will for a while, which kicked off in November 2015 over Will’s criticisms of his book Killing Reagan.
