Playing Off ‘The Artist,’ New PAC Ad Declares Obama ‘The Con Artist’
Sunday night, “The Artist” won the Oscar for Best Picture. Now, Raising Red Action Fund, a pro-Republican group, is playing off that movie in a new ad called “The Con Artist.”
The parody trailer slams President Obama‘s record, including how he’s dealt with gas prices, Keystone XL pipeline and the national debt. It also attacks Obama for breaking campaign promises (and hearts), before finally declaring, “We can’t afford a sequel.”
Raising Red PAC was founded in last April by a former College Republican National Committee President. Last November, the group launched “Campaign 365: Defeat Obama and Save America” as a sort of countdown to getting President Obama out of office.
