Quickly Going Viral: Sanctuary Wolf Has Unexpected Reaction to Human’s Touch
Alright, now before all you Mediaite comment section hounds jump down my throat with the latest “creative” spin-off of my last name and cries of “what happened to Mediaite?”, you should know that not everything we cover can be cable news razzmatazz. It is part of our due diligence to also present to you the latest in viral content from around the internet, so that tomorrow at work you have something to show that cute girl/guy when you don’t know what else to talk about.
So here it is, your conversation fodder for that work crush of yours: a video on YouTube that has gone immediately viral of a female wolf acting like any other house dog.
You catch your breath yet?
According to the description in the video, the once-sickly animal named Lakomi was found and has been living in a sanctuary, and as the video shows, reacts like just any dog at home to having her belly rubbed. The user who uploaded the video writes in part, “She took about two months of daily exposure before she would allow physical contact, but once that wall came down she quickly became playful, sweet, loving, and my personal favorite animal in our charge.”
Even in the cold recesses of your politically war-torn brain, you have to admit that the chance to play with a wolf is pretty cool. Now isn’t that a nice way to have spent one minute of your Thursday night? You’re welcome, Mediaite comment section stalwarts. Now please, air your grievances appropriately below:
