Rachel Maddow: There’s No Way Michael Steele Survives This

Wow, so what exactly does Michael Steele have to do to get fired from his job? Lesbian bondage sex scandal, donors departing in droves, questionable fund raising pamphlets, questionable rationalizations, and now his longtime Chief of Staff Ken McKay has resigned, which according to Politico is an indication that a “an indication that a full-scale bloodletting is under way.” Even Sarah Palin doesn’t want anything to do with the RNC.

As Rachel Maddow points out, most of these damaging leaks are coming from inside the Republican Party. And week two doesn’t look to be getting any better. Maddow highlighted last night the increasingly bad decisions Steele appears to be making as the headlines go from bad to worse. She doesn’t think there’s any way Steele will survive this, though at some point that question might shift to whether the RNC survives Steele. Video below.
