Raven-Symoné Says That Clinton’s Untrustworthy Reputation Stems From the Biblical Eve
Today on The View, Raven-Symoné defended Hillary Clinton against allegations of untrustworthiness.
“I have a problem with everybody still saying that she’s untrustworthy. I feel like there’s this stigma since the beginning of [the] human race that a woman is untrustworthy. It starts in the Bible,” she said.
She went on to give an example of women being unfairly treated as untrustworthy, saying she’d heard of bosses being less likely to believe female employees who request flex hours for important events.
Joy Behar tried to get a little funny about Eve from the Bible, asking, “Didn’t she make him eat the apple or something?” but Raven dismissed her, eager to get back to the topic at hand.
