Rihanna Visits White House, Pretends She’s on Scandal

Rihanna, who is in Washington, D.C. this week to perform at HBO’s Concert for Valor, visited the White House Monday where she met with members of the Obama administration about possible involvement in the My Brother’s Keeper initiative. But perhaps importantly, the singer also used her Instagram account to pretend she was Kerry Washington’s Olivia Pope character from Scandal.
