Russian Government Literally Responds to Obama’s Sanctions With a ‘LAME’ Duck
Well, we’ve clearly reached a new stage in the evolution of international political discourse.
The Obama Administration has just imposed new sanctions on Russia as punishment for their meddling in the 2016 Election. Aside from penalizing Russian intelligence services, 35 Russian operatives have been ordered to leave the country, and two Russian compounds in the U.S. will be shut down.
Since Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly denied U.S. intel reports suggesting his personal involvements, the introduction of new sanctions was never going to go over well with the Kremlin. Sure enough, it seems that the Russian government has offered a response from their British embassy, where they seriously posted a picture of a “LAME” duck.
