Shia LaBeouf Is So Patriotic, He Screamed at Mt. Rushmore Tourists

Let it be said, here and now, that no one ever doubted Shia LaBeouf‘s patriotism for these United States of America. Sure, between his allegation that a female fan raped him and his arrest at a Cabaret performance, the once innocent Even Stevens actor has had a rather interesting couple of years. But these were AMERICAN years.

The public was granted brief access to LaBeouf’s patriotic display when the actor, who’s currently filming American Honey in the area, visited Mount Rushmore to bask in the glory of presidents George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. Yet he wasn’t satisfied, so he decided to point at the blasted mountain face and scream “America!” repeatedly. He even approached a few nearby tourists and screamed the word again, just to make sure they’d heard him.
