Sneaky Gay Couple Gets Married While Briefly Flying Over Canada
CBS News has an interesting story of a gay couple who cleverly skirted anti-gay marriage laws on a Virgin Airlines flight today. The plane’s captain briefly flew into Canadian airspace where he married the couple right there in the sky.
CBS has yet to receive any comments from the airline or the couple (or any updates on whether the concept of marriage itself has crumbled) but they have found some Twitter messages from passengers on the flight. Here’s one of them.

This isn’t the only story of some clever loophole spotting by gay couples. Check out this video of a Texas couple who used Skype to get hitched, also from CBS News.
