So, Did This Snowboarder Actually Get Chased by a Bear or What?

A YouTube user who goes by Kelly Murphy uploaded a video with the following description:

OMG! I was going through my snowboarding videos and I found a bear chasing me!!! I nearly got eaten!!!
This was at Hakuba 47 in Japan, filmed yesterday! Be careful people!!!

The title of the video is “Snowboarder Girl Chased By Bear – I Was Singing Rihanna Work And Didn’t Know It Was Behind Me!”

The description is a little too casual and the title sure uses a lot of buzzwords, like Murphy optimized her near-death experience for SEO. There are 2,657,843 views, 9,533 upvotes, and 6,951 downvotes on the video at the moment. The other two videos on her channel are also of her snowboarding.

Over at Fox 19, they’re even more skeptical. They’re running a poll to determine if their viewers think the video is real or fake.
