Stephen Colbert Deciphers Trump Logic as Nazi Swastika

In the aftermath of the deadly attacks at Pulse nightclub in Orlando this weekend, the presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump has not hesitated to cast aside political correctness in response. After offering extremely vague but seemingly inflammatory words about the President’s ties to Islam, Trump offered that perhaps President Obama was sympathetic of sorts towards the nightclub gunman.

It’s the sort of rhetoric that has driven people to ask for clarification and follow-up from the real estate mogul, who simply offered, “We’ll let people figure it out.” So, the Late Show‘s Stephen Colbert accepted that challenge on Tuesday night, attempting to get to the bottom of exactly what Trump had in mind with his statements.

“Bring out the Figure-It-Out-Atron 5000, guys!” prompted Colbert, who proceeded to try and connect the dots of Trump’s ambiguous rhetoric in the most hilarious way possible. I won’t write anything more about it in this space to give you the opportunity of watching the bit wonderfully unfold for yourself.
