The Media Weeps: Chris Coons Defeats Christine O’Donnell

Well the media’s favorite candidate appears to be headed toward a loss in Delaware, as Chris Coons is projected by ABC to defeat Christine O’Donnell.

O’Donnell, a tea party favorite, was considered a long shot, but had gained in recent weeks. Still, it will likely make the media mad that she’s no longer around to cover.

But hey, maybe she’ll join the media. She’s great on-air.
