Trump Rips Corker, Flake: ‘Zero Chance’ of Reelection, Now They ‘Act So Hurt & Wounded’

It was only a matter of time before President Trump responded to Bob Corker and Jeff Flake after the outgoing Republican senators prominently blasted him in Congress yesterday.
The reason Flake and Corker dropped out of the Senate race is very simple, they had zero chance of being elected. Now act so hurt & wounded!

The meeting with Republican Senators yesterday, outside of Flake and Corker, was a love fest with standing ovations and great ideas for USA!

Before Corker participated in GOP luncheon with Trump yesterday on Capitol Hill, he unleashed on the president by talking about how his legacy will be defined by how he has “debased” the country. He also insisted that White House officials have contacted him with requests to get involved whenever Trump “goes off the tracks.”
Hours afterwards, Flake shredded Trump when he announced on the senate floor that he will not seek reelection in 2018. Flake especially criticized the president’s “undignified, outrageous, and reckless” behavior, and he also said the GOP’s unconditional groveling before Trump was “morally treasonable.”
These weren’t the only Trump tweets this morning. The president also gave reference to his latest tax reform push, as well as the report on how the Democratic National Committee at least partially funded Fusion GPS’ infamous opposition research dossier against him.
“Clinton campaign & DNC paid for research that led to the anti-Trump Fake News Dossier. The victim here is the President.” @FoxNews

UPDATE – 8:37 a.m. EST: Trump’s not done tweeting for today.
Jeff Flake, with an 18% approval rating in Arizona, said "a lot of my colleagues have spoken out." Really, they just gave me a standing O!
