Trump Takes to Twitter to Announce When He’ll Have His Next News Conference

Last month, President-elect Donald Trump canceled a news conference scheduled for December 15th where he was supposed to address his business interests as it relates to his upcoming job in the White House.

Since then, it has been claimed that he would hold a press conference in January to address these subjects. Following adviser Kellyanne Conway’s comments during her interview with CNN’s Anderson Cooper last night where she said the conference was scheduled for 1/11, Trump took to Twitter today to confirm the date (complete with some ALL CAPS).

I will be having a general news conference on JANUARY ELEVENTH in N.Y.C. Thank you.

Trump has not held a full press conference since late July.
