Joe Biden Takes A Turn As Hot Dog Vendor On The Colbert Report

Tonight, Stephen Colbert saluted the troops that were so hospitable to him last June by inviting them to a military-only taping of The Colbert Report. But that’s not all: to offer them something they couldn’t get while they were deployed, he offered them all free beers and hotdogs — hot dogs delivered by Vice President Joe Biden.

After Colbert repeatedly yelled at his in-studio hot dog guy, Biden turned around to reveal himself and retort, “Hey, to you it’s Mr. Vice President Hot Dog Guy!” which elicited big applause from the hungry soldiers.

Biden went on to explain his two Constitutional duties include making tie-breaking votes in the Senate and “giving hot dogs to returning warriors.” By tomorrow, the Wikipedia page for Article I of the Constitution will likely reflect that. You’re about to witness truthiness in action, constitutional scholars.
