WATCH: 49 Celebrities Read the Names and Bios Of the Orlando Shooting Victims
When you watch the following video, it won’t take you long to conclude that Ryan Murphy must have had a hand in it. Glee, American Horror Story, Scream Queens, and American Crime Story fans will recognize familiar faces, including Lea Michele, Harry Shum Jr., Evan Peters, Darren Criss, and Lady Gaga.
News fans, too, will see familiar faces, as the celebrities were all gathered by Murphy to read the names and mini biographies of the 49 victims of the Pulse nightclub shooting.

A number of big-name celebs appeared on-camera to memorialize the victims. None of their names appeared on the screen, shifting all of the focus to the 49 who were killed.
The stars came from beyond the Murphy universe, too. Laverne Cox was there, as was Sofia Vergara. Chaz Bono and Jane Fonda appeared, too. They all agreed to the video, which was done by Murphy for the Human Rights Campaign, so they could call for “commonsense” gun laws. This is not the first time a group of A-listers has come together to call for gun reform.
Watch above. Who else did you recognize?
