Watch Colin Kaepernick Completely Blow Off a Question From Jason Whitlock

Last night during Colin Kaepernick‘s postgame press conference, Fox Sports 1’s Jason Whitlock tried to get the 49ers quarterback to respond to a hot take disguised as a question. But the Niners signal-caller was having none of it.

Credit to Deadspin for bringing attention to this sequence during last night’s presser, which you can see below via Comcast SportsNet Bay Area.

“Does any of that fall on you in terms of articulating a clear message?” Whitlock asked. Had he stopped there, it would’ve been a perfectly reasonable query. But Whitlock went on to basically just state his point of view.

You’ve said ‘police brutality.’ You’ve said ‘a lot of issues.’ That’s not that clear. If you’re gonna make this type of bold stand, and you want people to talk about the issues, you have to lay out the issues clearly.

At that point, another reporter jumped in and Kaepernick didn’t stop him. And Jason Whitlock got the answer he deserved.
