WATCH: Footage of Ukrainian President Fleeing Estate by Chopper

Ever wondered what it looks like when an embattled leader flees his country? Here’s alleged footage of Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, making a break for it from his ostentatious mansion on Saturday. This would have been only slightly before Ukraine’s Parliament voted to impeach him and establish new elections set for May 25.

Protests in Ukraine began three months ago when Yanukovych turned from the EU toward a stronge allegiance with Vladimir Putin and Russia in order to solve his country’s rapidly approaching debt problem. The protests metastasized about two weeks ago, culminating in Yanukovych’s ouster yesterday.
