WATCH LIVE: Winter Storm Stella Hits the Northeast

Communities around the Northeastern are bracing themselves tonight as Winter Storm Stella prepares to bring down a blizzard that will stretch from New England to Washington D.C.

The National Weather Service has issued warnings to millions in anticipation of what is expected to be the season’s biggest snowstorm for Boston and New York City. A state of emergency will go into effect at midnight around the tri-state area, where schools have been closed, thousands of flights were delayed or cancelled, and numerous communities are likely to get at least a foot of snow.
