WATCH: Golden Globe Announcements Lead to Discussion of Hairbrush Spankings on Today Show

While announcing Golden Globe nominees today on the Today Show, Tamron Hall mispronounced Goliath. She said, “Goalie-ath.”

She and her cohosts were laughing like crazy and had to pause so they could all get the mirth out.

Al Roker joked that Da-vid had battled Goalie-ath in the famous Biblical story, so Henry Winkler followed that up by joking that the littler man had given the giant a hairbrush spanking.

Morning talkshows are seriously underrated when it comes to entertainment value.
