When Do 2012 Polls Close? Here’s Our State-By-State Listing Of Poll Closing Times

 

With a lot to think about on Election Day, it can be easy to forget something as basis as poll closing times, but an honest mistake of that nature could cost you your vote, so we’ve compiled a state-by-state list of different poll closing times, which are all in Eastern Standard Time. States with more than one time zone may have more than one poll closing time, so if you’re unsure about when you’ll be barred from voting, look into your local polling center’s closure time.
