White House Disputes 13-Year-Old Obama Critic’s Claim He Was Blocked on Twitter
CJ Pearson, a 13-year-old conservative activist whose rant against President Obama went viral last week, claims that Obama blocked him on Twitter.
Pearson, the national chair of Teens for Ted (Cruz), posted a video online going after Obama for inviting Ahmed Mohamed to the White House, saying, “When cops are gunned down, you don’t invite them to the White House. You never did. But when a Muslim kid builds a clock, come on by. What is this world you’re living in?”
And yesterday, he claimed that he got blocked by @POTUS:

It sucks that the handlers of the leader of the free world find it appropriate to block any American. https://t.co/xLdh3Ifs6O

And that would have been that, if not for this tweet by Assistant White House Press Secretary Frank Benenati that really set off Pearson again:
Public Service Announcement: Nobody is or has ever been blocked from the @POTUS twitter account
— Frank Benenati (@Benenati44) September 23, 2015
"No one will ever be blocked by @POTUS" –@Benenati44. Stop lying, guys! https://t.co/4RsWw4T3qd

Obama administration: If you like your healthcare, you can keep it.
Obama administration: We didn't block CJ.

If the WH would have said, @POTUS accidentally blocked me, I could move on. But to call me a liar? Outrageous. https://t.co/OjzW3hhFxU
