Bannon Says He’s Advising Trump to DEPORT Elon Musk Immediately

Steve Bannon told the New York Times on Thursday that he has been advising President Donald Trump on how best to fight back against Elon Musk’s ongoing attacks, including opening investigations into his companies and deporting him.

“They should initiate a formal investigation of his immigration status because I am of the strong belief that he is an illegal alien, and he should be deported from the country immediately,” Bannon told the Times’s White House correspondent Tyler Pager. Musk, who is from South Africa, became a U.S. citizen in 2002.

Bannon added that he believes the White House should also investigate reports of Musk’s regular drug use as well as his efforts to get classified briefings on China, which Trump said he personally stopped.

Bannon has long been a fierce critic of Musk and has regularly accused him of being disloyal to the United States. In February, Bannon told UnHerd’s James Billot that “Musk is a parasitic illegal immigrant.”

“He wants to impose his freak experiments and play-act as God without any respect for the country’s history, values, or traditions,” added Bannon, who battled with Musk earlier in the year over H-1B visas for foreign workers.

Bannon also addressed Musk’s attacks on Trump on his WarRoom podcast, saying, “To say it’s devolved from there would be a vast understatement. This is unprecedented. It is unprecedented and unnecessary from Elon Musk. Some of the things he’s putting up are just outside the bounds of any, forget civility, but any type of behavior of which–” Bannon said. Earlier in the day, Musk accused Trump of being in the “Epstein Files,” a shocking attack implicating Trump in potentially illicit behavior.

“I don’t want to remind people, I told people about it… Folks, you got that last cut right there. Stuart Stevens and Nicolle Wallace who said, you don’t want to get into a fight with Steve Bannon and, you know, Bannon is going to win this thing or Bannon’s going to… was from 31 December of 2024,” Bannon added, taking a victory lap of sorts while citing a segment on MSNBC.
