George Santos revealed to comedian Jim Norton the member of Congress he believes to be the smelliest after some prying.

Santos joined Norton’s recently-launched podcast Jim Norton Can’t Save You on Wednesday and discussed a variety of topics, including his expulsion from Congress, lying accusations, and his coming sentencing from pleading guilty to fraud and identity theft charges. The former Republican congressman is facing a minimum two year sentence or the possibility of more than 20 years behind bars.

During their podcast chat, Norton at one point pushed Santos to reveal the member of Congress with the worst breath, which Santos would not do beyond saying that the person he thinks of is in the Republican Party. Santos did offer up though the person he feels is the smelliest in Congress, blasting Rep. Jerry Nadler’s (D-NY) “body odor.”

“I can say this with no mental reservations, the worst body odor in Congress is definitely Jerry Nadler. It’s so bad!” he said.

Santos recalled sitting in Congress and Nadler “crop dusting” the aisle next to where he sat.

“Jerry Nadler would waddle down that aisle and crop dust it. Like, it was every step of his waddle was a fart. But the dude just stinks… he’s greasy and oily. Ewww. Take a shower, goddamnit!” he said.

Santos was expelled from Congress in 2023 following an investigation by the House Ethics Committee. He was the sixth House member ever to be removed from their seat.

The former congressman said his biggest disappointment from 2022 was that Carolyn Maloney did not take Nadler’s congressional seat.

“You know what’s my biggest disappointment of the 2022 cycle? That Carolyn Maloney didn’t beat him,” he said. “I love Carolyn Maloney and she’s a Democrat from New York.”
