‘Go Home to Mommy!’ Trump Taunts Heckler Who Called Him Out Over Foreign Business Dealings as President

Donald Trump’s rally in Iowa got derailed by a sequence of protesters on Sunday — starting with a heckler who called him out for the millions he earned from foreign business dealings while he was still president.

Trump was taking shots at his primary rivals when a woman shouted “you’ve taken millions!” — before getting drowned out by the booing crowd. The taunt seemed to reference Trump’s admission this past week that his businesses received at least $7.8 million in payments from China, Saudi Arabia, and other foreign governments while he was in office.

The report on Trump’s dealings was filed by the House Oversight Committee, and it raises questions of possible violations of the Foreign Emoluments Clause.

The heckler got drowned out by the booing while Trump taunted “go home to Mommy! Your mommy’s worried.” He continued to scoff at the heckler as “young and immature,” but then more heckling and booing broke out when someone else in the crowd started calling Trump a “climate criminal.” These protesters were led away to booing as well.
